The Second Newsletter of I3FLOAT is out nowThe second edition of the I3FLOAT Newsletter is now available online! The latest issue highlights the project's key achievements over its first year of implementation and new opportunities to strengthen the European floating offshore wind value chain. One of the major milestones is the publication of the Floating Wind Strategic Innovation Agenda, outlining key innovation priorities and opportunities for technological development and collaboration across the sector. The newsletter also features the launch of Open Call 1, offering grants of up to €60,000 per SME to support innovative solutions contributing to the development of floating offshore wind technologies. Additional highlights include outcomes from regional workshops organised across the project's four European Innovation Hubs and Connecting Nodes, alongside updates on the four technology pilots – SAITEC, EOLINK, Multi.Engineering and EnerOcean. By fostering interregional cooperation, supporting innovation and engaging SMEs, I3FLOAT is helping build a more competitive and sustainable European floating offshore wind industry.
