Key focuses of the 2026 agenda include sustainable tourism and underwater cultural heritage, the development of environmentally-friendly maritime transport, strengthening ties with the Danube region, as well as the development of “blue” skills and new growth opportunities.
With this approach, Bulgaria aims to establish the Black Sea as a region of sustainable development, connectivity and innovation in the maritime sector.
