BLUE CAREER FAIR

 Marine Cluster Bulgaria is organizing "Blue career Fair". The event will take place on 31 January - 1 February 2018 in Varna.

The event is part of an European project " Blue Career Centre of Eastern Mediterranean and Black Sea" (MENTOR) and is organized by Marine Cluster Bulgaria with the assistance of "Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov" Naval Academy, Technical University of Varna and College of Tourism-Varna .
 
The program will outline the opportunities for future career guidance and career development of young people in major Blue Growth sectors such as Maritime transport, Marine aquaculture, Cruise tourism and Offshore oil and gas. Educational institutions, professionals from the country and abroad, employers  and students will participate.
 
The prospects and requirements of the business to practice different professions in the field of the blue economy, using modern technologies will be presented to the audience and will be discussed.
 
The "Blue growth", the sustainable development of the maritime economy, overcoming the challenges of climate change are among the priorities of the European Union. Well-trained specialists in various sectors of the maritime economy are the most valuable capital of the state and a driver of prosperity not only in coastal areas.
 
We expect all those interested in training of qualified staff in the Blue Growth sectors and overcoming the skills gaps to take part in the event.
